UPDATE: There was an issue that could have gone in one of two directions and Nick stepped up and took care of it when he did not have to. The issue was resolved super fast and with quality as their number one goal.

The attention to detail throughout the entire project was outstanding. From plant selection to hardscape layout, everything was executed with precision and care.

While the front yard looks refreshed, fabulous and provides great curb appeal, the backyard is the show stopper. Nick’s vision turned our backyard into a true Arizona oasis. His hard-working team turned that vision into reality in 12 days!

In fact, Justin gave us suggestions for all the new plants, and we are happy with everything. Justin is also very knowledgeable about artificial grass, and we love the beautiful grass Justin’s team installed.

One more thing. Nine months after our installation, we noticed a big water leak from what we thought was our new sprinkler system. During a holiday weekend, we called Justin. He got back to us quickly and sent someone to fix it. The leak turned out to be from a 25-year-old hose pipe that was not part of Justin’s renovation. Even though the problem was not part of Justin’s work, the leak was quickly fixed at no charge. That is going above and beyond!!! We highly, highly recommend Scape Tech Landscaping & Design!

The end result exceeded every expectation.

So we put our entire exterior property into the hands of company owner Nick Rawlings to work with us on design ideas; everything from the travertine layout, color, and pattern, to creation of a large area of the latest type of artificial turf with a fountain. Then through a series of meetings with him at our home, we exchanged design ideas and preferences in order to confirm the final details; the new layout for our built-in grill with a new grill and matching travertine countertop, refinements to make our natural-rock water-features look more natural, a sophisticated drainage system to correct a backyard flooding problem, all new landscape lighting and irrigation systems (front and back yards), replacement of plants and shrubs as well as all-new gravel over the entire yard. ScapeTech has all the professional skill-sets and design capabilities needed to do the entire package we wanted. It was also obvious to us that there were no subcontractors needed and we only had to work with and depend upon one person, Nick.

Now that our project has been completed, we absolutely could not be happier, but getting to the end of the project was also a pleasure. Nick was available and responsive throughout, both in person and by phone. Any questions or minor changes we had were immediately communicated to his fully capable foreman and team supervisor on scene, who also was extremely easy to work with. The foreman got his courteous and congenial team to our home early every morning and they were there until it was too dark to see their work, each team member applying their skills to the day’s work plan. Cleaning up was the last thing they did before departing for the day.

Before the project was declared “done,” Nick came by for a thorough walk-through with us and has scheduled another visit a month from now. We simply could not give ScapeTech a better rating or recommendation.

He replaced a barren concrete courtyard with an inviting paver walkway and a fragrant garden with lavender and grasses that provide interest and movement. Potted palms grace the front entry, and bougainvillea provide splashes of red. Guests walk into our courtyard and pause enjoying the beauty! An artist friend visiting us exclaimed, ?Whoever did this has the eye of an artist!?

He broke up the stark backyard on our one-acre lot with mounds, boulders and low-maintenance Xeriscape. He built a gorgeous 12 linear foot boulder water feature to enhance our pool and installed pavers over our existing concrete back patio which now is extended to complement the free-form pool.

Our customer satisfaction remained high throughout the project. Nick was always responsive to our suggestions but provided sound advice on plant choices, etc. Installation was done in the heat of summer, and his men often worked 10-hour days to bring the project to fruition in about a month. That was a very reasonable timeline considering the scope of the project and the fact that he was working cooperatively with the pool installers and county inspectors. Once the pool was finished and he had full access to the property, the project moved rapidly.

Nick is a hands-on owner, but he has a very capable team leader in Santiago who kept the crew moving according to plan when Nick was not there. His men are polite, hard- working and trustworthy. We truly are satisfied customers and highly recommend ScapeTech as a reputable, competitive company that produces excellent results.

I called him on the 6th to check on the schedule date. He said he wasn’t sure which day but thought he could get it by or before the following Friday the 13th.

He call on Wed the 11th and said he would show up between 6:30 and 7:00 on Friday and complete the work in one day. They arrive just after 7:00 and completed the work and completely cleaned up and were gone before 3:00.

The driveway looks great, he and his men were all polite and professional. I’ve already referred him to another owner in the subdivision who is thinking of the same thing.

We are totaly satisfied and have a driveway to be proud of and done a week early. We highly recommend Scapetech.
